Cancer in 5D
Let’s look at Cancer in 5
Every day, each and every one of us could have hundreds and hundreds of cancer cells circulating throughout our bodies. Whether or not these cells form tumors, and become life-threatening depends on the healthy metabolic and energetic balancing of our cells.
We make cancer out to be so complicated when in essence it is simply a combination of too much toxicity and not enough nutritional support for our cells to counterbalance.
Cancer is a symptom of our cells out whack.
The answer to beating cancer is figuring out why and how this dis-ease happened in the first place.
We can only reverse cancer if we discover and reverse the causes, not continue to just focus on trying to eradicate the symptoms.
Tumors are the symptoms.
The standard of care for cancer is to treat the symptoms. We can only beat cancer if we focus on balancing the systems of the WHOLE body-mind-and soul. However, what makes beating cancer so complicated is that there are lots of ways we become toxic, and lots of ways we can detoxify. There are hundreds of reasons our cells are malnourished and an equal number of strategies to rejuvenate them. And there are lots of strategies we can adopt to bring all the body systems back into a true health status.
Figuring out how to bring our bodies back in balance is where all cancer patients need to focus if they hope to survive.
Discovering our “cure” depends on our willingness to dig deep into all aspects of our cellular synergy, and then seek those whose expertise will support us in finding solutions.
I have stayed cancer-free since my 2007 diagnosis by refusing to accept the one-size-fit- all-standard-of- care that is prevalent in traditional cancer treatments. I began researching like a crazy woman until I found peace in a protocol that I could believe in. Once I went down that rabbit hole, there was no going back.
I am writing this blog to share some of the strategies I discovered and to hopefully encourage others, with or without cancer, to learn as much as possible and THINK before they make decisions, in hopes that they will not be led down a path they might regret, as so many of us who underwent treatments we strongly felt at the time were more harmful than helpful.
I am not writing this to tell anyone what to do.
I am writing this to encourage others to learn as much as possible in order to make better educated decisions.
While we all are familiar with the stages of cancer that the medical system today assigns, I would like to encourage that we go to that system, AFTER we first look at the situation in 5D.
I would like to see a new staging system adopted that is more multi-focused with an emphasis on healing the body, not just treating the symptoms.
Today, cancer treatments are focused on what doctors can do for us.
Let’s look at disease from the inside out, in 5 Dimensions, and focus on what WE can and must do for ourselves.
The first Dimension–DIAGNOSIS
Face it, we all are scared to death of a cancer diagnosis, so we tend to pretend it can’t happen to us. We neglect diagnostics because we just don’t want to hear anyone say to us “You have cancer”. As a result, we often end up with later stage cancers that are much harder to treat.
I would like to encourage that instead of looking for cancer, we focus on seeking true health. If we are not feeling optimal, even for something that might be considered minor like a little indigestion, stay vigilant. If symptoms become chronic, don’t try to mask them with some OTC remedy. Seek the source. I think the best doctors to help us in this are trained in Functional Medicine. These practitioners do not prescribe medications or procedures. They are cellular detectives who are trained to look at the systems of the body, determine where we are chemically imbalanced, and then help us come up with a plan to bring us back into balance.
If we all did this when we first started feeling symptomatic, maybe cancers would not develop in the first place.
I went to many doctors for years before I found a lump in my breast, trying to get a doctor to take me seriously about the breathing and pain issues around my sternum that I was experiencing after inhaling chlorine and no one took me seriously enough because they could not find anything through their testing. I knew that chlorine damaged my lungs, and I was worried. Then I found a lump in my breast that did not seem right. Fortunately, I went back to the doctors, and they recognized cancer. Too bad they did not recognize that the toxic exposure and inflammation that I had been telling them about for years could lead to cancer!
If I had just gone along with their diagnosis, that I was just fine, when my head was screaming, NO YOU ARE NOT FINE, I might not be here, 14 years after a cancer diagnosis to write this.
So the first step to diagnosis is to TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS and find a doctor who will actually take your seriously, even if you have to doctor- shop until you find one who believes you.
The Second Dimension-DISCOVERY
Once I got the bad news, yes, that lump I felt was cancerous, I was determined to discover why. There was no breast cancer in my family and indeed my research showed that heredity plays a very small role in whether or not we get cancer. Yes, we have genetic weaknesses that leave us more susceptible, but whether or not we get cancer depends more on DNA damage and environmental toxicity along with a compromised immune system more that our genotype.
At this stage, it is vital that we peel our own onion. That means we need to explore everything that we have been exposed to that could have allowed cancer cells to grow into a tumor(s).
We must evaluate our stress levels. Nothing suppresses our immune system like stress.
We must assess DNA damage. Damaged cells allow cancer cells to take over. Have surgeries, toxic exposures, or injuries damaged our cells?
We must assess our personal habits. Yes, blame the victim unless you want to be victimized. Poor habits DO contribute to cancer.
We must assess toxic exposure. There is always a toxic overload before cancer explodes. Mold is a particularly lethal toxin in many homes.
Research how additives, preservatives, and hazardous agricultural practices affect the nutritional value of our foods. Has our diet been poor? Be honest with yourself.
Learn why water purity is so important. Drinking water must be purified (I prefer distillation). I installed a drinking water system that is low maintenance and economical as well as the safest drinking water we can get. My friend is a distributor and a great guy for answering questions about water purity. Check out Worry-freewater.com
Toxins such as fluoride that are added to our municipal water supplies are a health hazard. And don’t spend hours in chlorinated and bromine treated swimming pools as I once did.
We must evaluate toxic relationships. Nothing lowers the positive energy that we need to stay cancer-free that people who lower our energetic field just by being around them. Cancer calls for reviewing our connections to others and disconnect from those who are hurting us.
We must understand how cellular energy is vital to cellular health. Are our positive energetic pathways blocked by negative energy? Learn about the power of the medicine of the future, energy medicine. Learn about modalities such as acupuncture, reiki, oxygen therapy, light therapy, music therapy, cranial-sacral and healing frequencies. These can have amazing impact on our cellular functions and communication.
Beating cancer will never come in a magic pill or procedure. Killing the beast involves discovering the causes and implementing a counter-attack.
The best defense is still a great offense!
Remember it takes only a sliver of light to overcome the darkness.
Open up the curtains and let the sun shine it so you can see what YOU need to do!
The Third Dimension-DETOXIFY
Once we have discovered what may have contributed to cancer cells running amok, we need to focus on strategies to counter that.
I can’t get into details here because it would take a book, so I just want to list things that worked for me.
There is plenty of information on how to go about detoxifying the body, so explore as many ways as you can possibly afford. Heck, sell a car if you have to pay for what it will take to get well because most of what I did to get well was not covered on any insurance plan. You won’t need a car if cancer keeps growing and it is vital that you clean out your system if you want to travel the road to true health and happiness.
My starting point for detoxification was walking in nature while listening to music. If you don’t clear your head, you will never be able to make wise decisions. I walked every day, telling myself that every step forward was one farther away from cancer. No matter where we live, there is a park, an ocean, a mountain, a prairie or a forest, just waiting for us to wander around in. I do not believe one can beat cancer without embracing the incredible healing power of Mother Nature, and the positive energetic vibrations of music.
I also got a (Needak.com) rebounder (after trying other brands) and bounced and jumped and danced my way to lymphatic drainage. Look that up. You cannot beat cancer if the lymphatic system is not working efficiently.
Focus on the liver and kidneys. If these detox pathways are clogged, toxins just pile up around the body. I learned that micronutrients like NAC, turmeric, milk thistle. Broccoli extract and alpha lapoic acid are some of the ingredients that support the liver and kidneys. I found a great product called Hepasil, that puts all these ingredients together. Apple cider vinegar shots, herbal teas and warm lemon water are also helpful.
Of all the detox strategies I discovered, my favorite is the Far-infrared sauna. After hearing mixed reviews about the large box saunas, not to mention the cost, I saw a portable sit-in sauna called the Relax Sauna at a health fair and I was sold. I have been using this sauna almost daily (except in the hot summer months) for almost 14 years and I could write a blog just listing all the reasons I LOVE my sauna and the personal benefits I have reaped. But suffice to say, this is one thing I truly believe anyone with cancer must have in their home.
I don’t sell these saunas, but because I want people to have one, Phil Wilson, the distributor of the Relax Sauna has promised to give a discount to anyone who cites this blog or my name.
You might even consider a trip to Sanoviv Medical Institute. While I did not discover Sanoviv until two years after I was diagnosed with cancer, I have been able to visit twice since. If only we had Sanoviv’s in every state, and every county!
Sanoviv is a state of the art functional medical center that is just over the US border and is also part health spa. The wonder of the Thalasso pools alone, overlooking the ocean keeps me dreaming of going back. At Sanoviv people not only receive incredible medical care, they have a team of professionals helping them to discover and implement personalized strategies for true health.
If I ever can grow Think Wholistic into a force to be reckoned with, my dream would be to build places that emulate the healing magic Dr. Myron Wentz created at Sanoviv in Mexico.
The Fourth Dimension-DIGEST
Digest as many books as you can read.
Digest as much research as you can find.
Digest as much wisdom as you can hear from trusted minds.
Not only do we have to mentally digest what we discover, we need to focus on the digestive system.
Digestion is the pathway to the immune system. Even if we eat all organic, nutrient-dense, and healthful foods, if our cells cannot properly absorb the macro and micro-nutrients from foods, they will deteriorate.
I could go on and on about digestion, but again, that would take a book, not a blog.
What I want to do here is encourage you to learn about digestion. Understand how certain foods affect you personally. Think about exploring ideas such as eating for your blood type or metabolic system. Make sure you understand the role elimination plays in digestive health and how oral health is vital to overall health. There is no-on- size fits all diet that is best for everyone. Find a specialist in food and blood analysis (again, I look to functional medicine practitioners with an emphasis on nutrition), to determine what is best for you. Once you learn how certain foods improve your health and others cause problems, eat to live, not live to eat.
If you would like a free E-book, called “Gut Matters” please send me an email at the link below.
I also found my way to holistic dentistry because these dentists are trained to discover underlying causes of illness that may start in the mouth and limit their patients’ exposure to toxic dental practices as much as possible. Getting rid of an infected root canal and all my amalgam fillings took a huge stress off of the immune system, and I no longer have chronic ear aches.
I also found it essential to supplement when my bloodwork showed, no matter how much I focused on a healthy diet, I still had deficiencies. It was too exhausting for me to try to eat all the veggies I needed each day. Juicing is a good starting point, but for me, was too labor intensive on a daily basis. Through trial and error and using my bloodwork as a guide, I realized I needed to supplement with high quality products with purity and potency guarantees. The company that checked all my boxes is USANA Health Sciences. One of the things I love most about USANA is how much they help to educate. Their askthescientists website is full of well- researched information and details about supplements as well as healthy lifestyle strategies.
The Fifth Dimension-DETERMINATION
Only determination will result in success or failure.
I once heard a lecture by Dr.Leonard Coldwell, the author of the Answer to Cancer. He stated, “Every cancer is curable, but not every person is”.
I truly believe this is fact.
While we are all determined to beat cancer, it takes a lot of personal action for us to actually do so. If we rely only on outside forces instead of focusing on our own energies, cancer will probably come back.
It is my hope that those who read this will be determined to take cancer seriously and personally, because it affects every one of us (whether we are actually diagnosed or not); but most of all I hope that it will lead readers to understand that cancer is most deadly when our fear of it outweighs our understanding of it. Do not give in to the fear. Be empowered to be fearless, through knowledge!
I hope that my story will encourage others to learn as much as they can about dis-ease, even if you have no diagnosis, because knowledge is always personal power.
In my dreams, this 5D strategy would be incorporated before any cancer treatments are started. I truly believe that understanding cancer from the onset, and having the confidence that one can beat it, will get people through whatever treatments they eventually decide on.
Oh, and please, do not allow treatments to be dictated to you. Insist that doctors do what feels right for you, and that they are completely honest with you about the side effects of what they propose. If you feel pushed or coerced, find another doctor.
I rue the day I did not push harder for information about the radiation I got talked into, even though it disturbed me from the get-go. But my fear disabled me from walking away from that treatment, although I did refuse chemo or any drug therapies. I still deal with side effects from making such an uneducated decision.
Although going through all that was a chapter in my life I would like to forget, I can now say that I think cancer was a blessing for me.
Cancer taught me a lot.
I learned to dig deep into my heart and soul, a scary place we often don’t want to visit.
I learned to be an advocate for my own health choices, and to make more educated decisions
I learned to appreciate just how incredible the human body is, and what it is capable of, if WE empower ourselves with the knowledge of how to care for it.
Most of all I found a new sense of purpose.
Cancer led me to found “ Think Wholistic” in the hopes that it would be a place for others to come and learn, be inspired, and connect to those in their community who might be able to help them find a path to true health.
I want TW to be what I wished I had had when I was diagnosed with cancer-a resource I could trust, and a network of people who might help me.
I am determined to build a wholistic community focused on True Health and I hope you will join us.
